How long does it take to make my order?
For saree blouses without handwork it takes 2-3 days to make ready once we receive order.
For handwork blouses it takes between 3-7 days depending on the work involved.
Once its ready and dispatched - it takes between 3-7 days to reach you depending on your destination.
However if you need it urgently , let us know and we will try our best to expedite. (will clearly communicate if its possible or not, so you dont get surprises)
How do I trust your service and quality of work?
We are a registered company with goverment of India. Since 2015 we have catered to customers across the world. Highly rated on google for our stitching services - myTailor. Our store on ETSY has been consistently rated 5 star by customers worldwide. We are a team of professionals who know the craft, delivering the best of services.
Do you have different prices for India and International customers?
For ease of payments per se, we have 2 websites , one with products listings in INR and other with listings in USD. The prices of products are same for both India and International customers. However the delivery/shipping charges differ based on country it needs to be delivered to.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. We have superfast delivery services to USA, UK, Canada, Dubai, Australia, SIngapore and Germany.
How do I track my order?
We will keep you posted with updates via WhatsApp or email. Once the order is ready and dispatched we will share the tracking information so you can track the status in real time..
What is your returns policy?
Since all our items are custom made fresh on order we do not accept returns. However if there is something wrong do let us know, we will work it out best. SInce we deliver worldwide we have setup triple quality check to make sure you get what exactly what you have ordered for. SInce 2015 we had zero defect orders and less than 2% of fitting or quality issues.
What are the payment methods acceptable?
For International orders we accept payments in USD only, you can pay via PayPal using your credit or debit card. For delivery in India we have a different website that lists products in INR, where we accept payments via credit/debitcards/online banking/upi wallets available in India.
